PERFORMER SUBMISSIONS

Bottom line: if it weren’t for our performers, there would be no Railway City Music and Arts Festival!

Main Stage applications for the 2026 Festival are now OPEN- HOWEVER, the lineup is mostly filled from last year's applicants. There are typically some cancellations though, so don't hesitate to apply so we know you are interested!

Designed with the Seasoned Performer in mind, Port Stanley Lions and Lioness Main Stage is located at the Pinafore Park Band Shell.  It boasts professional sound production, lighting with dedicated technicians for FOH, Monitors, and Lighting.  This venue also houses our main Beer Garden and can accommodate crowds of up to 1000 of your screaming fans.

Main Stage performances are booked according to the Festival's budget and scheduling needs.

MAIN STAGE

EMERGING ARTISTS STAGE

We are now accepting applications to perform at the 2026 Festival on the Emerging Artist Stage!

Designed to give new and emerging artists a taste of performing with professional production, our Emerging Artists Stage is located at the Pinafore Park Dance Pavilion  It also boasts professional sound production, but with less extensive lighting and sound equipment.  This venue also houses a Beer Garden and can accommodate crowds of up to 300 of your screaming fans / friends / relatives.  Every performer has to start somewhere - this is your chance. Book a single song or a full set, or join in one of our "open-mic" jam sessions.  Try out new material or develop your stage presence - anything goes (almost) on the Community Stage!

Community Stage performances are not paid a fixed fee, but donations are collected via "pass the hat." You also receive the same hospitality benefits as the Main Stage artists.

COMMUNITY STAGE

The Railway City Music and Arts Festival is all about supporting new and upcoming artists . In addition to the main stage at the Band Shell, we have a secondary "Community Stage" located at the Main "Dance Pavilion".

This stage is intended to give a variety of fledgling artists and acts an opportunity to perform publicly

Try out some new twists on the music you already play, take requests, or even improvise!

Busking is welcome throughout the festival grounds as well, so long as you’re being mindful of others!

Feel free to pass this on to any artists/groups you know that may be interested as well - all genres and skill levels are welcome!

ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

Showing your artistic side is part of the excitement and energy that we want to experience at the Railway City Music and Arts Festival!

Our visitors will get to experience your art face to face with the artist.  What a memorable experience this can be!

ARTIST

We know there is an artistic component to many crafts and products.  However, for the purposes of the Festival, "Artist" refers to someone engaged in the production of "Fine Arts" - i.e. painting, sculpting, drawing, etc.

I am an Artist if the products I am offering for sale are:

  • not produced commercially

  • created by me entirely from a picture that exists solely in my own mind

  • each individually created and can not ever be reproduced in exactly the same way

  • created for the sole purpose of its aesthetic value and judged only for its beauty and meaningfulness or the emotions it elicits

To submit your application or to get more information email: Vendors.RCMAF@gmail.com

ARTISAN / EXHIBITOR

The products I am offering for sale are:

  • Produced commercially and sold by me

OR

  • Produced by me according to a specific pattern or set of steps resulting in products that are materially the same each time I make them.  (examples: pottery, wooden crafts, laser-cut metal, macrame, knitting, crocheting, etc.)

  • Utilitarian in nature - created for a purpose beyond their aesthitics

FOOD VENDOR SUBMISSIONS

A festival wouldn't be a festival without a variety of food vendors! We are looking for local food trucks to participate and feed the crowd!

The festival is proud to offer festival-goers a variety of fabulous local food to enjoy at Pinafore Park.
