The Ian Andrews Band

Ian Andrews is a journeyman guitar player, frontman, and producer who is joyfully playing his 10th year on the pro circuit. He has shared stages and opened for names like Jerry Doucette, Philip Sayce, Steve Strongman, Robert Gordon, and proudly completed studio session work with world renowned producer, Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin).

Having had himself surrounded with great mentorship and inspiring players, Andrews humbly accepted awards like 2016 Blues Recording of The Year at the Hamilton Music Awards, and 2018 Brian Griffith Guitar Bursary – Composer of the year.

Beyond the bellbottoms and his well-tailored stage show, his electrifying performances are undeniably authentic, eclectic, and even acrobatic at times.
